Modular Design:
The Model 8300 is an entirely new concept in cryopump compressors. It consists of three modules, compressor, electrical controller, and adsorber cartridge. Modules can be located remotely from each other, giving you unlimited system layout flexibility.
A choice of electrical controllers enables you to drive varying numbers of cryopumps. If you're driving just one pump, choose an 8001 controller. To drive two smaller pumps, such as Cryo-Torr 100s or Cryo-Torr 7s, an 8002 controller is ideal. The 8003 enables you to drive two Cryo-Torr 8 pumps, or up to four Cryo-Torr 100s. The 8003 is ideal for companies with limited current needs, but a high potential for growth: it meets today's needs, and can be expanded to meet tomorrow's.
