Description:
Varian 3180 magnetron sputtering system configured for metal deposition on 4" wafers and upgradeable to 5" wafers. System is equipped with 3 targets and a pre-sputter etch unit. System is complete, features cassette-to-cassette operation, and is fully automated. System recently upgraded with ferrofluidic feedthrough and comes with shielding replacement spares.
