We do not have the expertise to test the unit. It looks pretty much complete inside but there are some loose cables and the front panel is missing some type of gauge. The touch screen monitor may need to be replaced, if so we can send you a working one from stock. I'd recommend you have the tool refurbished and maybe upgraded.
