Genmark Gencobot 4 Classic Wafer Handling/Transfer Robot This unit is off a Opal system and was using for transfering wafers between 4 different cassettes. We had to scrap the system do to contractual obligations from the previous owner. The unit looks to be in excellent condition but we do not have the expertise to test it. It is being sold as-is, untested.
