MECS/Cybeq/Asyst UTC800 Wafer Handling Robot with a UTC-100A (UTC350R) Controller
This unit was an off the shelf spare from Intel surplus. When powered up, the unit seems to home in to position. I could not do anything after that because I don't know how to operate it. It is guaranteed non-DOA. It's possible that the unit was refurbished because it came in with a sealed robot arm by itself as well.
