Brooks Automation PN: 001-1500-61 Robot, originally made for ASM
We have no way to test this unit and are selling it as-is. There is a dent in the top mount and the connector for air purge/vacuum may be bent too. Please review ALL of the pictures. This unit looks like a stainless steel covered version of the MultriTran MTR-5 Robot so that is where I got my title.
