HEIGHT OF FUME HOOD ABOVE BENCH 150 CM DIMENSIONS OF BATHS (QTY 2) 19.5 CM X 23.5 CM X 17 CM (DEPTH) IT WAS ALSO USED FOR VPD ON SILICON WAFER SURFACE. AS SUCH, IT WAS MAINLY USED WITH HF, BUT ALSO OTHER TYPES OF ACID AND BASE, SUCH AS HNO3, H2SO4, NH4OH, HCL.
