This particular Bonder was delivered just in time for the Telecom bust. It's essentially brand new. As of 12/15 it is located in Asia, but will be back in the New York City area before long. It will be sold with a full, no nonsense warranty. Perfect system for the right buyer. This tool is a perfect addition for a facility currently using these bonders. We will also work with brokers/dealers but wish to sell directly to end users, please.
