One (1) 2500KW continuous, 2750KW standby GM EMD diesel electric generating set. Unit is skid mounted on heavy steel base and has a 20-cylinder, 2-stroke cycle, 900RPM turbo charged diesel engine. Model S20-645-E4 with Woodward EGB-10 governor, direct connected to Ideal Type SAB 3125KVA synchronous generator, 3/60/480V, 3759 amps, 0.8 P.F. with direct connected Brushless 21KW exciter 125VDC. The system has all the necessary related auxiliary equipment mounted on skid such as cooling system, fuel oil system, oil filter system (exhaust muffler) air starting system and engine control panel which integrally piped and wired. Offered with the unit is switchgear, 4000 amp circuit breakers, metering and relay; CT’s and PT’s; voltage regulator. Unit is equipped with provisions for auto fast start, warm up and shut down. Year of manufacturer 1973. Fuel rate: 184 GPH at full load. New power pack assembly installed in 2007.
