FOR SALE: 1 GE Frame 5K dual-fuel gas turbine generating system. 13.8KV, 60Hz, 3-phase. Complete, except for step-up transformer, and gas fuel delivery skid.Black-start capable with new Cummins V-300 diesel engine, newer Foxboro Nat Gas controls. Exhaust stack refurbed in 1998. Total fired hours: less than 20,000 lifetime, only 1344 hours since full overhaul. Needs blackstart clutch repair, but otherwise in running condition. Fully equipped with MCCs, Switchgear, Control System, CO2 Fire Suppression System, etc. Unit is dual-fuel, (#2 fuel/Nat Gas), but was run only on pipeline grade, filtered natural gas. Unit is still connected to the grid, and active. Can arrange removal & relocation by way of separately negotiated contract.Full inspection report/photos available upon request. A great price for 13MW of utility-grade power generating equipment!
