• Fully automatic die change - 7 minutes.
• Programmable variable speed control from 8 to 16 SPM.
• Programmable slowdown during cycle to allow simulation of cam settings on other presses (dynamic clutch/brake system).
• Programmable inner slide overload control to provide die protection throughout the stroke, from 800-2000 tons
• Programmable blank holder hydraulic pinch control, variable individually
for each corner of the die from 75-312 tons (provides for simulation of press functions such as die shims and detection of blank holder bounce).
• Close loop counterbalance control on both the slide and blank holder.
• Special mold cycle permits auto cycle stop and programmable timed dwell at bottom of stroke (180 degrees).
• Press may be operated as normal double action press.
• Press may be also operated in single action mode with either the inner slide or the blank holder in contact.
• Enhanced graphics package permits die recipe transfer and storage, full
diagnostics, and operator prompting.
• Inch Mode: Low- for positional – adjustments; 4 SPM
High, for rapid return to start position; 10 SPM
CONDITION: Very Good to Excellent. Was used mainly for prototype work.
