Recent Maintainence:

1) Changed the Hyd. oil filter.
2) Filled the hyd. oil tank to proper level.
3) Repaired three minor Hyd leaks on the upper valve bank.
4) Repaired four minor hyd. leaks on the lower valve bank.
5) Repaired a hyd. leak on one of the 14 hold down cylinders.
6) Checked for leaks on the remainder of the machine to ensure it is completely dry.
7) Replaced one of the two 1-1/2" Blade Clearence adjusting threaded rods.
8) Rotated the knifes. ( One side remaining before sharpening)
9) Checked to ensure we have a spare set of knifes ready for sharpening.
10) Checked for wear on the blade slides & found no visable problems.
11) Checked to see if we could reinstall the Back gage system but there are components missing so this portion of the machine in not available without purchasing replacement parts which we could do if required by the end user.
12) Checked the rake angle adjustment system which was working properly.
13) Checked the automatic blade clearence mechanism which is not functioning properly & is currently being checked by our electrical contractor.
14) Checked the condition of the Ball transfers in the table & replaced as required.
15) Repaired all light sockets on the shadow line.
16) Steam cleaned & painted the entire machine.
