6-axis Turn/Mill Center, Equipped with: Mazatrol Matrix CNC Control, 26” swing X 40” max. cutting length. Main spindle: 2.99” bore, 5,000 RPM, 30 HP, .0001 degree C-axis contouring, 8” dia. 3-jaw through-hole type power chuck. Second spindle: 2.99” bore, 5,000 RPM, 25 HP, .0001 degree C-axis contouring, 8” dia. 3-jaw through-hole type power chuck. Y-axis Turret with .0001 degree B-axis contouring and 5-degree coupling indexing, 12,000 RPM live tools with 25 HP motor, coolant through milling head. 120 ATC, Capto C-6 tooling, high-pressure coolant system, part catcher, chip conveyor (approx. 1002 hours cutting time - bar feeds sold separately)
