This is a Fully Automatic Ring Production Line capable of producing (350) 215mm dia x 40mm high rings per hour. 60mm high is possible. The Line comes complete with the following:

? RIng Blank Loader
? 600kw Induction Heating System for Heating the blanks
? Wagner MERW 10-220/40 Multi-Mandrel Ring Rolling Mill used to Radially Widen and Pre-Shape the Ring Blank
? Wagner AGW 63/215 Axial Closed Die Ring Rolling Mill used to Finish the Blanks into different RIng Profiles

The line is equipped with temperature and size tolerance monitoring equipment enabling it to automatically remove out of tolerance blanks from the manufacturing stream without stopping production.

The entire line was completely rebuilt in 1999. It is currently producing and may be inspected on request.
