Possibility to work on other technologies. - max. weight of the moulds- 110 tons - max. weight of the castings- 20 tons - max. production capacity- 30- 40 tons/hour - mixers for sand feed- 4 pieces, capacity of 6, 15, 25 and 40 tons/ hour - Control Siemens Dimensions of the cases: - 3500x3500x700/ 1250/ 1500- 1 mould per 100 min. - 4500x3500x700/ 1250/ 1500- 1 mould per 130 min. - 5500x3500x700/ 1100/ 1500- 1 mould per 130 min. The line consist of: - rail way - mixtures for sand feeding, 4 pieces- 6 t/h, 15 t/h, 25 t/h and 40 t/h - vibrating table - levelling miller - edgeing table - drying cabinet - painting cabinet - controll hall
