Stations of the MAAC 4 - Vacuum Thermoforming Machine
Station 1. A TWIN pallet sheet loader feeds material to the automatic loading arm & platform.

Station 2. An adjustable Heating Oven with ceramic heaters, fully adjustable temperature settings can be adjusted through the software package.

Station 3. Forming area….their are two platens, one top & one bottom, tooling can be fixed to either platen. The platens can be adjusted and individually operated through the software package.

Station 4. Cycle finish…the moulded product falls onto an adjustable platform ready to be removed by machine operator and trimmed to size.

CYCLE TIME: A normal cycle from star to finish using 3mm ABS material is approx. 3 Minutes.
