1968 Steam Boiler
Water Tube Boiler, produces 40,000 lbs of steam per hour with a design pressure of 200 PSIG.
The burner is a Peabody FlexiPack Multifuel burner that uses either Oil or natural gas. Set up with 3 fuel trains - natural gas, and #2-#4 Oil and heated #6 oil with steam.
Fuel requirements at maximum firing rate are: Natural Gas 51,450chf @ 10-11 PSIG Oil - 2700 lbs/hr @170 -200 degrees F depending on viscosity @120 PSIG.
Controls are Fireye flame safeguard and programming control model 25RU8-6570. GE voltage stabilizer, Panalarm annunciator panel for failure alerts. Rimcor master regulator controls firing rate based on boiler pressure.
Oil Controls are Atlas oil control valves, ITT hydromotor oil control valves, 2 steam atomizing guns and a selection of tips and cores are included. Peabody FPM electronic gas igniter, cashco constant differential valve.
Gas Equipment includes Peabody gas ring, Fisher 3" type 1098-EGR-6353 gas pressure regulating valve for gas supply, Maxon gas valved-three valve block/bleed/safety set, Maxon synchro gas firing rate control valve and a Peabody FPM electric gas igniter.
Other equipment includes; Magnetrol W254-X water column with full set of safety and control switches, Magnetrol modulevel water level control with WKM feedwater control valve, 2 consolidated saftey valves, Copes-Vulcan rotary soot blower, Yaraway blowoff valve, continuous blowdown line, chemical feed inlet, non-return and steam gate 8 valves (Jenkins).
