This is a complete drying plant, made in 1993, operated only two years and it is still in very good condition. The plant consists of the following main equipment: 1) Hot air burner ELCO type El.4A.90P, 1070 kW / 1350 kg/hwith cylindrical double-walled steel furnace and a connection to the dryer. 2) Flash dryer DRECKER, evaporation capacity (dry air flow 8250 kg/h at 336C) is max 2831 kg/h. The height of the dryer is 12 meters, diameter 428 mm, material St.15Mo3 3) Circulating fan ABB Fläkt HCMP-3-040, electric motor ABB Ströberg HRUR 355 SP B3, 30 kW, 1500 rpm. Belt driven and equipped with an inlet vane control damper. 4) Bag filter ABB Fläkt type LKHF-20-5, designed for max 11000 m3/hour at max 130C. Particle slip max 30 mg/Nm3. Filter is insulated outdoor model with automatically air cleaned filter bags with OPTIPULSE FF system. The plant is designed for total in feed rate of 1120 kg/h moisture content max 75% or 1450 kg / h with moisture content max 40%. Dry product, moisture content max 10 % (Wet) from the plant from 311 to 966 kg/h, dry product density min, 400 kg/m3. Evaporation capacity 810 kg/h, fuel consumption 96 kg/h light diesel oil and maximum discharge to the stack 12.500 m3/h, at 130 C, max dust content 30 mg/Nm3.
