Description:

Filter is enclosed, modular bag filter suitable for outdoor installation. It consist of four separate modular filtration chambers each with 2 pcs diameter 275mm height 1725mm and 30 pcs 257x2250 mm PE 340 filtration bags and it is designed for 15 000 m3/h air flow with max 1 mg/Nm3 particle slip for wood dust. Each chamber has 56 m2 filtration surface which totals 224 m2 for the whole unit. The main dimensions are length 5.4 m, width 2.9 m and total height 4.2 m and it is made of galvanized steel. The dust is conveyed by the exhaust air into the top of the filter, heavy material falling to the base where it is transported by a chain conveyor (1.1 kW) to the filter outlet where a rotary valve (0.37 kW) meters it into a container or into a secondary transportation system. Dust discharge system has a capacity of 25 m3/h. Filter bags are automatically cleaned with reverse fresh air blowing fans in each chamber. The filter with all equipment is in very good operational condition
