Monitor and control speed, torque, and batch time through your computer.
To customize your own system simply start with the electronic mixer controller (included), then add one of the mixer heads (not included) depending on your speed and torque requirements. Select a shaft, propeller, stand, and clamp, depending on your vessel and fluid(also not included).
Features an RS-232 interface giving you the option of viewing and controlling mixing parameters through your computer. The keypad controller provides precise control of mixing speed within ±0.2%?despite changes in viscosity, temperature, or line voltage. Monitor torque, set torque limits, or measure and control differential torque with the torque zero function.
The convenient timer lets you reproduce mixer runs of up to 100 minutes. All set points and actual values are displayed on the four-digit vacuum fluorescent display. Set parameters are stored in memory as long as line power is maintained.
The controller connects to the mixer head via a 6-ft cable?lets you place controller out of reach of spills and at an accessible height and position.
Microprocessor circuitry identifies the mixer head in use and sets the appropriate rpm and torque limits for that motor.
Controller model 50000-00 includes a 6-ft power cord with grounded plug.
Controllers measure 6-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H x 7-3/4"D.
