Description:
Granulator, Roll Compactor for powders. 125HP DC drive to Gearbox to two 30" long by 16" diameter rolls. One fixed the other floating via hyrdraulic oil/air booster system that applies pressure, decreasing gap space between the rolls. Both rolls are variable speed. one set of (4) 4" diameter horiz feed screws and one set of (4) 4" diameter, vertical precompression screws. Both sets of screws have independent variable speed drives. This unit is capable of processing several tons/hr of materials with light bulk density forming a sheet that can be further processed into a predetermined particle size with the use of a comminutor Fitzmill also available with this unit. Available now as-is, or reconditioned.
