INTERNALS
ENQUIP – Patented, three compartment internal design with
separation chamber, oil sump and clean water sump.
OIL STOP VALVE – PATENTED 8" -emergency spill protection
valve to prohibit hydrocarbon from exiting vessel.
ACCESSORIES
CATHODIC PROTECTION – TwO(2) 17# zinc internal anodes.
TIE DOWNS – Saddle mounted lugs with 1” anchor T-bolts
for casting into slab.
FLAME ARRESTOR – ENQUIP, 6” flame cell for each vent.
INFLUENT PUMPS – Two- DAVIS “F”series, explosion proof water
sump pumps, each rated for 350 gpm @80’ tdh with fibreglas stand
and ENQUIP, three point level switch for 1st pump on/off, 2nd pump
on/off and high level alarm.
WATER SUMP PUMP – GOULDS, 3171 series,3x4-11, 15 hp explosion proof
water sump pump rated for 400 gpm @75’ tdh with ENQUIP,
two point level switch for pump on/off, and high level alarm.
WASTE OIL SUMP PUMP – RED JACKET, dual submersible sump
pumps rated for 125 gpm @50’tdh with Nema 7 explosion
proof motors. ENQUIP, three point level switch for 1st pump
on/off, 2nd pump on/off and high level alarm.
ENQUIP NEMA 4 panel complete with H.O.A. switches, starters/
breakers and run lights for each pump(5), with high level lights
for each sump(3), and horn with horn silence.
PLATFORM & LADDER – 8’ wide x 27’ long platform with end or
side mounted stairway 30” wide all with 4’tall handrails and
complete per Chevron design standards.
Seller will fabricate equipment in accordance with TSI-ENQUIP, Inc.
Published manufacturing standards and quality assurance guidelines. No
other agency guidelines or standards will be accepted as governing
Seller’s performance or offerings.
