Introduction: This plant was built in the vicinity of “OMV” oil refinery which supplies the feed stock to the plant. The “OMV” refinery has a cracker unit which provides the gaseous Ethylene required for the production of Polyethylene at the HDPE plant... The “HDPE” plant has the “Univation’ technology for the production of Polyolefin at this location. Plant was designed and built on 1986 and shut down in 2005.
