Oil Conversion Plant For Sale Oil Conversion Plant at 500 barrels a day from low rank coal, coal refuse, automobile tires, and more. The plant was built as a proto type and was increased in size to full operation and produced several million gallons of oil and tens of thousands of tons of low volatile and low moisture coal. Engineering and construction personnel are available to dismantle the plant and equipment, relocate to another site, update the technology to current standards and increase capacity. The plant can also be modified to produce diesel fuel. Methane gas from the feed stock is used for some of the process heat required. The plant is under power and was operational when production was ceased. The operational license agreements can be supplied.
