Description: Lindberg Model 816 Conveyor Multi-Zone Atmosphere Furnace used for base metal ink film firing, alloying, soldering, brazing, annealing and sintering where inert atmosphere (N2/H2, CO/CO2) and low dew point are required.
Long life Moldatherm combination heating element/insulation modules provide temperature capabilities from 200C to 1100C. Moldatherm insulation allows rapid heating and cooling, lighter furnace weight and savings of up to 40% in energy consumption when compared to furnaces using conventional refractory.
This furnace can be easily installed. Only a few simple electrical and plumbing connections are required. For ease of maintenance, lift-off panels provide access to all wiring, plumbing, belt-drive components and Moldatherm modules.
