Description:
Ovens feature internal blowers which circulate heated air throughout the chamber for maximum temperature uniformity. Single setpoint microprocessor control with LED display of actual temperature vs. setpoint may be configured to display in °C or °F. The heating elements, located in the chamber bottom, are completely shielded with easy-to-clean stainless steel. Double-wall construction with 7.6 cm (3") insulation maximizes energy efficiency and allows the oven to remain cool to the touch. Air intake vent, adjustable exhaust vent, side-swing door with positive sealing door latch, and over-temperature protection are included. All ovens have a stainless steel interior.
